Does adisseo support the installation of liquid enzymes, financing , maintenance?

Definitely, when a customer is interested in equiping or renewing his liquid installation (from storage to application), the sales/technical contact will study the best way to support it. Indeed, it can include technical support (from needs identification, supplier consultation and solution design, installation, commissioning, maintenance and follow-up) and financing. This is determined case by case.


Is it mandatory to make a routine recovery test for enzyme ?

If yes can it be every quarter / month ? Checking the proper application on the feed with analysis is highly recommended. This can be done with quick tests and/or lab analysis. At least, we recommend to control the feed quality when commissioning a new dosing equipment or when major changes happen. Then, a routine control allows to detect any deviation. The control plan (lines/formulas, frequency…) is defined in cooperation with the technical contact in Adisseo.


Is minimum activity during heat treatment or storage archived as well by overage of enzymes in the product?

The enzyme products are produced in a way to ensure the guaranteed activity level in feed, considering all sources of losses, at the expiry date.


Is it better to use liquid enzyme before or after coater?

The fat coater is in general the best place to spray liquid enzyme. For example, on an horizontal coater, the nozzles are located on the top of the mixer, i.e. after oil addition. In the presentation, a slide shows that adding enzymes before or after oil has no impact.


Do you have fast test kits to check enzyme activity in final feed? Are they working? Can we trust the fast analysis kits results?

Yes. Adisseo proposes quick tests to assess Xylanase and Phytase activity in finished feed. These tests are qualitative (yes/no). For a more accurate control, a lab analyse is needed.


Coated products are proper for thermostability. How about releasing time in the GI tract?

We have always checked bioavailability of our coated product to confirm efficacy in the animals.
