DL-Methionine and OH-Methionine exhibited equal performance on one million broilers chicken
41 views
In collaboration with a French poultry integrated company, more than one million broilers over 6 months were fed either DL-methionine or OH-methionine complemented diets.
Growth performance parameters were recorded for each flock, showing no difference in either growth rate, feed intake, final bodyweight or FCR up to 35 days of age. It shows that both methionine sources exhibit the same 100% efficacy.
