A big challenge in today broilers: a huge intake and a short time to digest it. Enhancing as much as possible the digestibility is clearly an objective but we have to deal with the microbiota: how to stimulate the beneficial and reduce the harmful ones.

Prof Birger Svihus, President of European Federation of WPSA, illustrates the key issues of the feed form. He also believes in the young participants of such conferences to stimulate new research.  

ESPN 2017

The European Symposium on Poultry Nutrition organized every two years by WPSA is the major scientific event in poultry production.

2017 was truly a success with participants from all over the world.
