[Music] when we talk about the sustainability and we talk about environment so obviously is a critical area then so we talk about nitrogen find some nitrogen release and yesterday you mention in Denmark the constraints and and so on today do you think that this is well targeted that we we can still improve we are everybody is enough educated to take care about the nitrogen phosphorus Freddy's and so on what are your feeling on this evolution nutrition management and everyone countries different countries farmers farmers professionals and so on because Europe is well I would say involved in that do you think that in all countries people are concerned about this environment it's decrease on the on the load on the environment country's high level of production the number of animals with those dairy cows poor tricks we have a lot of environment a big environment or pressure for four decades so perhaps in countries where it's not presently completely the same this is the same case they were there they will be able to capitalize on knowledge and know-how to developed I know that he if he in France and Denmark is also involved in the education not education but I would say advice to the find some Chinese swine industry and so on the demon is mainly on the management to get more productivity or they also take care about the environment see by the buzzer it's a welfare of the animal and so on there's certainly a change in China as well when I was in China that's when you were 10 years ago for instance if you were building a pig a redo but you built that on the mountain or the top of the hill because excuse my language [ __ ] runs downwards and then it was away it disappeared and we over the a couple of years have seen quite a dramatic reduction and sound numbers in in China because that means the Chinese administration over paying attention to environmental issues so it's it's not to the same extent as as in Denmark but there's there's a huge shift in in China as as well and and awareness at the production for the future and needs to be to take environmental impact into concern into consideration and to be honest it's a huge waste if you have all these wonderful nutrients and you just dump them into a river where they create massive problems instead of using them for other parts of the agricultural sector so everybody is moving more and more in that direction too so taking care of environment and so on and you think welfare funds will be also something important for the future for for all countries as we see actually for instance your dedication of the withdrawal or ban of antibiotics and so only it's spreading everywhere in the world so you think that the same type of issue will appear in lots of countries like welfare concern I think how about welfare its European problem not because we have association very aware about this problem it's not the same in as you know the same pressure is not at the same level but for the future I think it will be developed in this country too yeah and nothing you're going to talk later on about the electrolyte balance that's a topic that is not often addressed in a lot of production it's I often consider that people arriving in the industries they just use the same rules of the same ways and their predecessors I would say but there are some possibilities also to improve the efficiency of the production by a good management of the electrolyte and so on well there have been some habits for years years years if you use only soybean corn soybean diets of course you do not have so many solution to formulate your diet but as soon as you incorporate a very different feed stuff and especially with the possibility to use great in synthetic amino acids and the constrain for a better environment the tendency was to reduce crude protein level and maintaining amino essential amino acid and doing that you obtain completely different diets and you do not modify only the non-instructional amino acid but also component all the components in the diet especially electrolytes for example that's why we focus a little bit on this on this topic well we know that we can formulate with a range of values that is wider than for energy amino acids in order to meet requirements but it's interesting to have a look at the other components of the of the diet when you change completely the parenting of formulation and when you use an enzyme for instance that might affect also the absorption of which is a main element calcium phosphorus but source of sodium and so on do you have to adjust your electrolyte balance at some time because it's often not taken care you would spoke about minerals etc I think that probably presently the minerals is the topic that has to be to be worked much more than presently yeah because dealing with digestibility of calcium for example is something that is that that down taken into account formulation and to cheap elemental people are not considering to achieve why for decades or so and now we can deal with that digestible net energy digestible amino acids digestible phosphorus so neck candidate I think is caching because if you empower the discussion supply then you can put some phosphorus in the slurry pit instead of ended up in the pig so you have we have to be more precise on on this knowledge so I wait for for that no later on that's the trillion and finally together and then enzymes there will be there are some interactions with as soon as you you you modify the Jess ability then you modify also the amount of supplier and the interaction when assume that there are interactions between between compulsory or the the diet becomes a new new field of investigation that yesterday we had some discussion on tri-state amounts on I would say more small minion roles and so on I see and people who are talking about zinc but copper and so on so the constraint on the environment do you think that it will be an evolution or so to to put emphasis on you we need to reduce the release in the right amount of copper zinc and other type of elements we need to reduce a release and we we also need to improve the efficiency of utilization because resources are not available for unlimited then we have also to deal with that we take this into consideration to improve efficiency also for sustainability and and finally just to conclude for for all of you what are you our key message for the future and all your questions that you want to address in your in your position or that you think is important for the swine industry in the future who wants to start to improve to maintain the level of a good image of this production after the level of equality of the mid Rome it because we will use less and less additive ingredients at the type of the processing industry because the consumer ask for more natural products so vomit at the start to be correct and me decorate and easy for processing industry - to transform so it's a good opportunity also for the nutritionist Javon before instead of compared to the situation today what my own opinion would be I would be it would be nice in the close future the pig producer can be happy of this work of doing his work reading is animal because he want is also involved in welfare not only association he it's important for farmers and so it would be nice if happy of its work Appy of his project and also happy to be to be surrounded by happy citizen surrounds that Android it is immediate produce and also living the environment around the the form yeah Thank You Christian yeah I think we already touched on most of the subjects we will see a continuous development of the of the industry all over all over Europe that goes on animal welfare that goes on sustainability that goes on antibiotic use it's that's a journey we are we are on together and we will just see people see continuous development within those those areas so what I'm more more interested in but what would be the next jump forward and for instance if we are talking sustainability is it weird still dealing with a monogastric animals that basically is eating what people it could be it could be eating so let's perhaps we should dream or be very ambitious could we could we refine by over refine grass products pull out the protein and then process that in some way and then feed that to the monogastric animals that is not a technology that will be available tomorrow it might never come but perhaps we should together try to invest in in those areas as well good good good for so we see a lot of job for the for the future and a lot of work to do so thank you very much for your participation this morning and I wish you a good seminar today [Music]
